Welcome to the Channel Islands Track Club, or CITC!
We are the running club of California State University Channel Islands and we participate in the sports of Track & Field, Cross Country, as well as the disciplines of Triathlon, Marathon, Mud run, and 5k/10k. The club holds events open to non-member students such as running clinics, weekly core workouts, and general fitness seminars. We host a public race each semester to help raise funds for the CITC activities. Even if you've never run before, don't be shy, Come Run With Us!
Our Workout Schedule is Monday-Friday 6:30am-8:30am; Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 3:00pm-5:00pm; and Monday, Wednesday-Friday at 5:00pm-6:00pm, meeting in front of the Campus Gym. Workouts are posted online for member convenience. We have meetings on Thursdays at 4pm before the Community Run and Core & Abs workouts, meeting at Potrero Field. Every Saturday, and sometimes Sunday, we have a club outing or event.
